Role Description:

Central Luzon is experiencing a rapid growth, particularly in industries like manufacturing, processing, and semiconductors – sectors where SAE’s energy and maintenance saving products and solutions have proven to be highly effective. With strong success already established in CALABARZON, SAE is eager to expand its reach into the Pampanga-Bulacan-Zambales-Tarlac area, where the potential of growth is immense. We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to spearhead this expansion, capitalize on new business opportunities, and drive sales across these high-potential provinces. This full-time, hybrid role (on-site and off- site) offers the chance to make a significant impact in this booming market, while being rewarded with a competitive sales commission based on performance. Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2.5 years of Sales and Marketing experience, dealing with selling mechanical,
    electrical, and other major products to manufacturing, processing, and semiconductor companies;
  • Must have a degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial, and the like;
  • Must be a resident of Central Luzon: Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, or other nearby areas;
  • Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to create good relationships; must be aggressive,
    hardworking, honest, and self-motivated;
  • Must have the ability to analyze and understand technical requirements;
  • Must have a Driver’s License;
  • Having existing and active contacts in the top and huge firms in these provinces is a plus.

We are looking for a proactive, passionate, and aggressive Technical Sales Engineer to who can take initiative and capitalize on emerging business opportunities and drive sales across the Manila area. This full-time, hybrid role (on-site and off-site) offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a vibrant market, while earning a performance-based sales commission.

Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site Inspection and Assessment
    • Conduct inspections to assess the installation requirements for abovementioned solutions.
    • Take detailed measurements of designated installation area, including ingress paths, mounting
      locations, electrical wiring connections, and piping layout within the air compressor room.
  2. Installation Planning and Coordination
    • Develop installation plans and specifications based on site assessments.
    • Identify and document challenges related to space constraints, electrical connections, and control
      panel integration.
    • Supervise the safe removal of existing equipment and the proper installation of new systems.
    • Assist in the start-up, testing, and commissioning of installed equipment.
  3. Subcontractor Management and Bid Evaluation
    • Identify and invite subcontractors to submit bids for installation projects.
    • Prepare technical documentation and scope of work for subcontractors.
    • Review and evaluate bid proposals, ensuring they meet the required standards and budget
      constraints.
    • Recommend the best subcontractor based on technical capability, cost-efficiency, and
      compliance with safety regulations.
  4. Technical Support and Troubleshooting
    • Provide on-site technical guidance during installation and commissioning.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to compressors, fans, and gas-generating plants.
    • Ensure proper compliance with industry safety standards and regulations.
  5. Documentation and Reporting
    • Maintain detailed reports of on-site inspections, installation progress, and technical issues
      encountered.
    • Provide feedback and recommendations for system improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering such as Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields);
  • 3-4 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in industrial equipment installation, HVAC, air
    compressors, or energy solutions;
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and piping layouts;
  • Strong knowledge on electrical wiring, control panels, and automation systems;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and possesses the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with sales teams,
    subcontractors, and clients;
  • Willingness to travel for on-site inspections and project supervision;
  • Strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and regulatory compliance;
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment;
  • Project management experience is a plus.
